The new R&D Tax Credit legislation was passed by parliament on 24/8/2011 and gained Royal Assent on 8/9/2011.

The R&D Tax Concession will continue to apply to the 2010/2011 financial year, with the R&D Tax Incentive to apply to financial years commencing 1 July 2011.
